While the regular weekday classes are wonderful and the first time I have ever felt truly fit, the new Saturday morning classes are next level. To do a great workout with fantastic guidance and a fun bunch of women is an amazing way to start the day. I never knew excise could be enjoyable before these classes, and to have the local birdlife come to visit us is an added bonus. It feels extra healthy to be exercising in the fresh air as well - good for my mental as well as physical health.
