It’s best to choose comfortable and breathable fabrics that enable your body to move freely. Keep in mind that during the session, you’ll be engaging in various positions, such as lying on your back, kneeling, standing, and sitting.
For optimal hygeine and safety, grip socks are required to be worn in the studio. Not to worry, if you don’t have grip socks, they are available for purchase at the studio. So, come dressed in your comfy workout attire and grab a pair of grip socks for a fantastic Pilates experience at Parkside Pilates!
Don’t forget to bring some water and a small towel!
All bookings can be made through the website under the “appointment” section.
Energy work is typically performed on the weekends. Please message me with your preferred dates and times and I will do my best to accomodate you.

No. There is no age limit required to people to attend class. However, if the child is under 14, it would be recommended that they attend private session with a parent of guardian.
All packages (except introductory packages) have an expiry date of 6 weeks.
There is also a strict 9 hour cancellation policy. Failure to adhere to this will result in the loss of your session.

We use the Momence booking system, which you can download as the Parkside Pilates mobile app.
If you wish to book a Semi Private Class – choose “book your class”. You will then be shown a list of available dates and times to choose from.

If you’re just beginning your fitness journey, we suggest starting with 1 or 2 classes a week. It’s essential to listen to your body, consider your mental state, mood, and schedule when deciding what’s right for you.
Once you experience the amazing benefits of our classes and find yourself as passionate as we are, you can gradually increase your attendance to 3-4 classes per week.
